Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300g) green grapes
  • 2 cups (300g) strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 3–4 large kiwis, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • ½ cup (80g) pomegranate seeds
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 2–3 small sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons (60ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Star fruit slices (optional, for garnish)
  • Edible flowers or sugared cranberries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the dip first: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons (60ml) honey, 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired. Cover and refrigerate while you prep the fruit.
  2. Prep your fruit: Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Hull and halve the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwis into thin half-moons, about ¼ inch (6mm) thick. Cut the green grapes into small clusters of 3-4 grapes each, or leave them as individual grapes.
  3. Arrange the base layer: Place your small bowl of dip in the center of a large round platter (at least 12 inches/30 cm in diameter). Arrange the green grapes around the bowl in a circular pattern, about 2-3 grapes deep, to form the base of the wreath.
  4. Add the strawberry layer: Arrange the strawberry halves around the wreath, placing them cut-side down with the pointed ends facing outward. Overlap them slightly with the grapes, spacing them evenly around the circle.
  5. Tuck in the kiwi slices: Slide the kiwi half-moons between the strawberries and grapes to create a layered effect, filling in any gaps.
  6. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds: Scatter the pomegranate seeds generously over the entire wreath for a festive pop of red.
  7. Add the greenery: Tuck small sprigs of fresh rosemary and mint leaves around the wreath, spacing them out evenly.
  8. Finish with optional garnishes: If using, arrange star fruit slices around the edges or on top of the wreath. Add sugared cranberries or edible flowers for extra flair.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate: Best served within an hour of assembly. If prepping ahead, keep dip and fruit separate and assemble just before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm fruit and dry thoroughly after washing. The dip can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Assemble the platter no more than an hour before serving to keep fruit fresh. Double the dip recipe if serving a crowd.
