Ingredients

Instructions
- Cut the hat shapes: Using your black cardstock, cut out circles about 3 inches (7.5 cm) in diameter for the hat brims. Then cut small triangles for the hat cones, about 3 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide at the base.
- Form the hat cones: Gently roll each triangle into a cone shape and secure the edge with a dab of hot glue. Hold it for a few seconds so it sets firmly.
- Attach the brim: Glue each cone to the center of a circle brim. Press gently to make sure they’re aligned and the glue bonds well.
- Decorate the hats: Tie a small ribbon around the base of each cone. If desired, add dots, stripes, or glitter with markers for extra flair.
- Attach the stirrer sticks: Flip the hat over and glue the wooden stirrer vertically along the cone’s seam. Make sure the stirrer extends below the brim so it can be used to stir coffee.
- Prepare your coffee bar: Arrange your brewed coffee, creamers, toppings like whipped cream and cinnamon sticks, and the witch hat stirrers in jars or cups. Add mini pumpkins and other autumnal decor around the table.
