This Easy Non-Alcoholic Witch’s Brew Halloween Punch is a bubbly, tangy, and sweet concoction that looks like it came from a haunted kitchen. It’s made with simple pantry ingredients and comes together in under ten minutes, perfect for Halloween parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 3 cups lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7-Up, chilled)
  • 2 cups limeade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Green food coloring (optional, gel-based works best)
  • Ice ring or large ice cubes
  • For garnish: gummy worms, plastic spiders, dry ice (for adult parties only!), sliced limes, or fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Make the ice ring the night before: Fill a bundt pan halfway with water. Arrange gummy worms, plastic spiders, or sliced limes in the water. Freeze for 2 hours, then add more water to fill the pan and freeze overnight.
  2. Chill your ingredients: About an hour before serving, put the pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda, orange juice, and limeade concentrate in the fridge.
  3. Mix the base: In a large pitcher, combine the chilled pineapple juice, thawed limeade concentrate, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently until the limeade concentrate is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  4. Add the fizz: Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to preserve carbonation.
  5. Add color (if using): Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until you reach the desired shade.
  6. Assemble the punch bowl: Place the ice ring in the punch bowl, then pour the punch mixture over it. If using dry ice (for adult-only gatherings), add it now using tongs.
  7. Garnish and serve: Add extra gummy worms around the edge of the bowl, float sliced limes on top, or add fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately in spooky cups.

Notes

The biggest mistake is using regular ice cubes; always use a large ice ring or block. Don’t mix the soda in too early to keep the fizz. For a deeper color, add a few drops of blue food coloring along with green. If serving outdoors, keep the punch bowl in the shade or set it inside a larger bowl filled with ice.
