A quick and easy 3-ingredient frozen yogurt bark that’s a wholesome, kid-friendly snack featuring creamy Greek yogurt and mixed berries with a touch of natural sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (150 grams) mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries, blackberries), fresh or frozen
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds or finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt with 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup. Stir well until evenly sweetened. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract if using.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness using a spatula or spoon.
  4. Scatter 1 cup of mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer and gently press them into the yogurt so they stick when frozen.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight until completely firm.
  6. Remove the frozen yogurt bark from the tray by lifting the parchment paper or mat and break into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use thick full-fat Greek yogurt for best creamy texture. Pat dry frozen berries to avoid watery spots. Spread yogurt evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness. Freeze at least 3 hours or overnight for best results. Let bark sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes if it sticks to parchment when breaking. Optional add-ins like nuts or vanilla extract add flavor and texture. For dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt.
